Finally...time to blog on this... It's gonna be a rather long post...but I'll try to make it short n sweet ks...=D

Day 1:
woke up early in the morning~~ 4:30am

bathed, dried my hair and applied make up...

checked that everything is in the luggage...

made sure i brought my passport... (note: i kept having nightmares that i forgot to bring my passport =X)

waited for dearie to call when he and his parents r reaching my house...

reached Changi Airport Terminal 3 at around 6.30am...


boyfriend was still half awake...

Queued up to check-in my luggage...


We got our air tickets!!~~

Had breakfast @ Delifrance in transit...

Bad news: I had throat inflammation & was a bit feverish...

Damn~~ went to buy some medicine from watsons before we proceed to the gate..

Long wait till boarding time means camwhore time!

Finally boarded.

well~~ flight to taipei din take any photos of the view outside...

coz it's too bright!!!!~~~

Reached Taipei Taoyuan International Airport @ 1:20pm

Was feeling hungry and so we went to had lunch...

Their airport was so lor kok...they only have restaurants and eateries at the departure hall..

so we went up to the departure side to have our "lunch"


side dishes that comes with any main course we ordered.


boyfriend ordered some noodles...


i ordered some porridge cos i'm seriously sick~~ first time i see corn flakes on porridge.


had some yoghurt after the meal...

After lunch... went to get the bus tickets to Taipei City...


the tickets...

boarded the bus. Dropped off at Shuang Lian Station and flagged a cab to our hotel...

BTW, we stayed in Ambience Hotel.

A rather new boutique hotel there...whole building and rooms are all in white.

rather good service, reasonable price too... $2800NTD per night...inclusive of breakfast

they had free laundry services too...

Went to Taipei Main Station area to comb for cheap stuff..

Didn't manage to buy alot cos we're rather lost for the 1st day...

And being sick decreases my sense of direction...=(

though still manage to find a few shops on my list...

bought some cosmetics and skincare from 六福化妆品 @ 重庆北路一段26巷15号

i jux gave the lady there my whole list and they took the things accordingly...

went to 千千饰品 @ 华阴街191号 for some accessories...

bought a necklace for myself and sihui and a bling bling star hairband for myself.



Went to the hello kitty shop there and bought a charmmy kitty calculator there...

@ 长安西路236号



After some shopping there...went over to 师大夜市

Saw the watsons there and head in to buy more cosmetics and skincare~~ =X

As i'm still sick and it's raining...we decided to da bao some street snacks back for dinner...




Pick some items jux like yong tau hu...but they use some 卤汁 instead of the normal soup...
then had their mee suan and 鱿鱼羹... and bought some refreshing drink too~~

Day 2:
woke up rather early...cos e sky is already brightened up at 6am!~~

Had our breakfast @ the hotel & went off...

took the MRT to Shi Lin Station...

& took bus R30 to the National Palace Museum...


we had to conquer lots of stairs to reach the exhibition halls


more stairs to go...




the exhibition there is rrly nice...

the ancient paintings...books...ceramics...

saw the jade bai cai also...

it's rrly gorgeous!!!

wonder how they do it in the past!!~~

after which...went up to Yang Ming Shan...since we're already at the foot of it already...

took cab up the mountain... asked the driver to drive us up to see scenery...


we're only at less than half the ht of the mountain...

Next, the driver drives further up to Xiao You Keng 小油坑...

It rained rather heavily as we go up...


causing all this thick fog...


we can't see far at all~~


we're damn cold!!~~ and our umbrella nearly gave up


we're supposed to look at some quarry but we cant see at all~~

we gave up when the driver told us 挚天岗 is even further up and rain is expected to be heavier...

expected that there's gonna be thicker fog...hence we gave up and went for lunch...

Day 3:
went to Tan Shui in the morning...

sound system is much better as well...


the distance from sofa to TV is like so much further than SG ones


Damn spacious...can fit 6-8 ppl


even have a personal washroom la!

♥Birthday marathons♥

met up with randall at his chalet @ pasir ris...

went escape theme park for some play...

it's seriously such a lousy place rite now...

revolution is sold...inverter is condemned...

wad's left is the fun at go karts... and the newly renovated haunted house...

seriously...the haunted house do scares us a little la..

well...reach pasir ris at 12 plus...left at 3 plus..

it seriously should just close down.



mrt down to harbour front and met up with cheng & rey to get his food and drinks...

lucky he drove us & boyfriend to sentosa..=X

it doesn't look too bad...but i must say their villas need improvements...

so many insects arnd..and some leaves in the pool...

and oh ya~ we saw the upcoming roller coaster in sentosa...

i'm looking forward to it...


after checking out...cheng drove us to vivo...

had long john for lunch...

and he sent all of us home...
